About the Event
Make sure to join us for this celebration! With food, dance, music of the eras, word, and fellowship, this day will prove to be unforgettable. An afternoon of expression and education, with talented artistic expression through liturgical and African dance by Cari-Lenn Youngkin and musical expression in song by Minister Pamela Orr, Minister J. Dwayne Garnett, and more! Special presentations by Dr. Eric Williams, Curator of Religion, Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture and Dr. Lafayette Maxwell, Professor of Religious Studies at Shaw University Divinity School!
